Mount Michael Pinot Gris is crafted with pristine fruit, hand-harvested from 16-year-old vines in the Queensbury sub-region of Central Otago. It shows lush aromatics of ripe pear, ginger spice, figs and rose petals, which flow through to the palate. Mouth filling weight and texture are balanced by the citrus-like acidity and long dry finish.

Crafted from pristine grapes that were hand harvested from a single Pisa vineyard Site. Naturally fermented and pressed to allow an extended period of maturation in French Oak. The Mount Michael Pinot Noir is beautifully fragrant showing aromas of dark cherries and plums, violets and raspberries and a hint of clove and vanilla. Rich and concentrated on the palate with flavours that mirror the nose. Enhanced by a mineral core of acidity and chalky dusty tannins. Ripe dark plums, cherries, violets and spice lead into a wine brimming with ample concentrated fruit flavours of red cherries and raspberries on the palate complimented by soft spices and toasty oak influence. Long to finish with bright acidity and soft ripe tannins.

Crafted with 100% Pinot Noir Grapes, harvested from the Bendigo and Pisa sub-regions of Central Otago. Cool fermentation and partial maturation in neutral oak has led to a wine bursting with fresh watermelon, cherry blossom, and fennel aromas, packed with vibrant strawberry and citrus on the palate, perfectly balanced by mouth-watering, crisp acidity and a lingering finish.

Floral notes alongside white fleshed peach, pear and all spice characters. The palate displays these same characters in abundance focusing on ripe succulent peach notes, while the mid palate is full, creamy and well textured. The wine has a rich, spice infused finish.

Mt Difficulty is a boutique winery located in Bannockburn, Central Otago, and was named after the mountain overlooking Felton road and the southern Cromwell basin. As the vineyards are ageing Mt Difficulty are starting to see additional complexity emerging each vintage. Inviting and opulent, the palate is flush with sweet cherry & blueberry, followed by trademark earth & savoury notes and framed by baking spice and fine grained French Oak. The fruit floods through to the finish with a juicy balance, indicating acidity that will keep the wine aging well.

This Pinot Rosé displays a lovely red rose petal, whilst the aroma talks of ripe raspberry and strawberry notes. On the palate the wine leads with dry textural red cherry, developing into a richly textured mid-palate; brambly raspberry notes drive the finish of the wine.
