Jacob's Creek Classic Shiraz is a great example of the approachable style of these Classic wines. It has aromas of spicy red berry with subtle mocha and vanilla oak influence. The palate has soft red berry and rich plum with a spicy cedar finish. Great with roast leg of lamb or hard cheeses such as Cheddar.

Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Shiraz is matured first in traditional wine barrels before being finished in aged Scotch whisky barrels. This technique adds extra depth and complexity, creating a rich and smooth Shiraz layered with aromas of blackberry, vanilla and subtle smoky notes. The palate is generous and savoury, revealing ripe plum, dark berry fruit and integrated charry oak, all carried through to a beautifully soft, lingering finish. Match with pan seared scotch fillet of beef wrapped in smoky bacon.

Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz Cabernet is a reflection of the Penfolds winemaking style and philosophy. Sourced from premium vineyards across South Australia, the wine is known for its full-flavoured style with excellent Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon fruit, firm yet well-rounded structure and balanced oak. Made as a traditional 'Australian blend', the Shiraz component provides fleshy fruit flavour while Cabernet Sauvignon provides a frame of fine grained tannins. Date, boysenberry & sweet cinnamon abound. Pair with grilled meats, lamb chops or charcuterie.
