You will need:

• 30ml Gin
• 15ml Raspberry Liqueur
• 1-2 Lime wedges per serve 
• Soda water

To make:

1. Fill a rocks glass or tumbler with ice
2. Add the gin and raspberry liqueur
3. Squeeze 1-2 lime wedges over the ice, then drop into the glass
4. Top with soda water, gently stir & enjoy!
