The 2022 vintage showcases premium Tasmanian fruit, capturing the purity and character of one of Australia's most celebrated Pinot Noir regions. Bright candy strawberry red in the glass, it reveals aromas of dark cherry, strawberry sorbet and earthy forest floor, layered with hints of truffle and subtle oak. The palate is silky and finely structured, with sour cherry, cranberry and delicate minerality carried by crisp acidity to a long, savoury finish.
