Our feathered friends see the world differently. Through birds' eyes, things might look almost psychedelic to us, with heightened colours and fresh hues forming a surprising new spectrum. This hazy, citrus and stonefruit accented IPA with a mellow, soft and silky texture gives a similarly refreshing change of perspective.

The troublesome original release, named for the problematic first brew day which hugely emphasised its hop bitterness. It's matured and evolved nicely over the years. Big tropical hop flavour from local varieties with strong bitterness from an English hop to honour its origins, all balanced by plenty of malt.

Limited Release 21 is a Cold IPA. What is a Cold IPA? Think of it as a very pale lager / West Coast IPA hybrid - fermented cold and intended to be consumed even colder. Brewed crisp with a lager-style yeast, this Cold IPA is judiciously hopped with refreshing citrus, berry and pine characters from American hop varieties.

An ongoing series of occasional one off releases inspired by the nice ideas captured in Parrotdog's Lyall Bay Brewery. Limited Release 23 is a West Coast IPA loaded with Simcoe, Mosaic, Idaho 7 and Centennial hops, showcasing punchy citrus, tropical, berry and pine characters over top of a lean and crispy pale malt base, with a firm West Coast style bitterness to finish.
