You will need:

  • 45ml Jim Beam Devil's Cut
  • 20ml simple syrup
  • Ice
  • Soda Water
  • 2-3 lemon wedges
  • 6-8 mint leaves

To make:

  1. Pour Jim Beam Devil's Cut and simple syrup over crushed ice
  2. Squeeze the lemon wedges into the glass, then toss them in with bruised mint leaves (clap them in your hands) and a splash of soda water
  3. Stir & enjoy!
